The court’s redistricting plan created a new SD64 in February 2012. Here’s a general map.
The court has split existing Saint Paul precincts. We expect the Saint Paul City Council to announce new ward and precinct boundaries soon (they discussed the topic on 3/21/12). Currently precincts 1-1 and 1-2 are shared with SD65 and 4-1 and 4-2 are shared with SD66. Precinct 3-13 likes mostly in 64A but has had a small piece moved to 64B. Here is a map that overlays the new SD64 on the current Saint Paul precinct map in some detail.
You may want to take a look at MPR’s redistricting map which allows you to enter your address and see which districts represent you.
