It’s that time of year—the Vento Dinner—the premier event in the fourth CD—is around the corner. The planners are stepping it up a notch. They are engaging all the Senate Districts in a competition to see who can raise the most—by donating silent auction items and buying tables. We need your help! The Flying Squad will be door-knocking for Mike Obermueller in 38B on Saturday, July 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Our June meeting will be at Erin Murphy’s house (898 Osceola Avenue) at 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 9th, and will be light on the parliamentary procedure and heavy on the party!

We hope to see all of you there, and please bring neighbors, friends, and anyone else who would like to get involved in DFL events. This is a great, low-pressure way to introduce new people to the party, and a great chance to catch up!
