The SD64 Convention is a pretty involved enterprise. We divide the work of organizing it among five committees. Feel free to contact the convenors of these committees if you have questions about their work or would like to volunteer to help.

• Arrangements handles logistics and set-up.
• Credentials ensures data is handled properly and determines who can attend the convention.
• Nominations comes up with the slate of candidates for SD64 Officers for the next 2 years.
• Resolutions reviews the resolutions from the precincts and prepares them for the convention to vote on.
• Rules proposes the rules to govern the convention.

All of these committees will have their first meeting on Saturday, 6 February 2010. If you were elected to represent your precinct on one of these committees, please click on it for more details about that first meeting. If you cannot make it to the meeting, please let your convenors know.
